To ensure that the regulation of raw materials activities is based on the most informed knowledge base possible, it is necessary that the Environmental Agency for Mineral Resource Activities (EAMRA) be regularly updated with this knowledge base. This is done, for example, through new research, EAMRA’s own development projects, or in connection with monitoring or project-specific studies relating to specific raw material activities.
